This Policy applies to information collected through our website, https://plastivision.org/plastic-positive-blog/ and associated forms, uploads, communications and related competition activities. It is intended for participants in India and is designed with applicable Indian data-protection requirements in mind, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules and commencement provisions.
